If you don't have FireFox installed, please download FireFox first. Follow the online instructions to install FireFox. After you have installed FireFox, type www.jkn.com in your FireFox browser and click the FireFox link.
If this warning panel is displayed on the top of your browser, click the Edit Options button to continue. If the warning panel did not display, skip to step 6.
Wait for the Install Now button to become clickable (about 4 seconds) and then click it.

Close the dialog window by clicking "Restart FireFox". Note: the latest version of the button is 1.03

FireFox should automatically close and restart. But in case it doesn't, close this browser and all FireFox browsers that you may have open (check for browsers you may have minimized.)

If you don't see the JumpKnowledge Webpage Annotator welcome screen when you restart, it's possible you didn't close every single FireFox browser.
